App is ok, but really missing working hours setting to receive notifications. Don’t want notifications keeping me awake in the evening/night!

Works fine in a pinch. But unlike the browser version I cannot use a plugin that make it not sear my eyes and therefore it’s a glorified notification app as far as I’m concerned.

Please give us a dark mode for the app 😀🤘🏻

It would be nice that views updated when sliding down and that the app supported multiple accounts

Use it daily to keep track of client requests.

There should be an option to mute the app, so I don't need to constantly change the notification times

I've used this app and website since 2018. Often times I'm using it later in the evening and would prefer to keep the screen brightness to a minimum. There is no native dark mode or dark theme and the all white GUI is fatiguing.

It won’t hold my selection and there is no option to save my preferences

New version not Q/C’d. in iOS version, you cannot see the entire original ticket from sender once there is a response.

All not in your home country, all slow, and they stick to the corporate rules. Big business that doesn’t care about the customer.
