Why does it keep showing me server error pop ups

I need a column for just open tickets like it has on desktop view

An amazing app, but still need some touch

The app keeps going off on its own when I’m in the middle of responding to a customer. It happened in your previous update but it has become even worse with this new update. It’s going off every second when I re-launch. I wish I didn’t update the version just now cos it’s hampering my work. Fix this urgently!!!!

Notifications keep reoccurring even after it has been opened. Please kindly fix as it is very annoying. After reading a notification you come back and you have 60 more. Also deleting ticket does not completely go away from the home green. Every other thing is good so far

Pretty convenient app for receiving and creating tickets. I am hoping to see a dark mode in the future and have the ability to save filters even after closing out of the app

The latest update causes the iPad app to crash on open. Still works on iPhone but dead on iPad.

Why can't I put a ticket number in the search box and have it pop up immediately? Literally can't get ANYTHING done in this app while I'm on the road and am stuck constantly fumbling with the web interface.

The app is clunky and the the UI is bad. I am not able to access analysis for my team I am forced to use a laptop.

This cool app lets you do tickets on the go, in the office, and wherever else you could need to do business. It is the way I organize my life, business, and everything in it.
