Would be happy to have Dark mode for this mobile app

When you open the app to read messages, only a few messages load while the rest are stuck as “...” or only load the first sentence. When you expand, nothing happens. I can only use this to see when I’ve received a notification and will need to open it on a desktop to understand the context of the ticket.

Pls fix. I cannot log in to mobile app. It keeps on saying “Oops! Server is unable to process request. Pls try again” .

There should be an option to mute the app, so I don't need to constantly change the notification times

I've used this app and website since 2018. Often times I'm using it later in the evening and would prefer to keep the screen brightness to a minimum. There is no native dark mode or dark theme and the all white GUI is fatiguing.

It won’t hold my selection and there is no option to save my preferences

New version not Q/C’d. in iOS version, you cannot see the entire original ticket from sender once there is a response.

All not in your home country, all slow, and they stick to the corporate rules. Big business that doesn’t care about the customer.

Their website on the browser for the phone doesn’t display properly and isn’t scaled correctly. So you can’t physically do anything requiring you to use the app. However the app is unable to search for anything. Even if the title says “support” and you search for “support” the end result says “No results found”
