Freshdesk

The mobile app freezes a lot on my iPhone.

Most of the website abilities are no available

Helped my business prioritize my tickets and get things done ,

I use this app daily to keep track of my support tickets. I still find doing certain tasks easier and faster from my PC like time logging and modifying ticket types. I'm also particularly annoyed that there isn't an option to see all my own unresolved tickets. Only can see my open and pending tickets, and if ticket is on any other status I have to manually search through everyone's tickets - this is very problematic when you use freshdesk with dozens of colleagues...

All I can say is wow and give it a try

I like Freshdesk it doesn’t matter which plan you are using you still able to provide good a support to your clients.

If we could filter mails on the app per agent/group it will be even better!

This version brings up the hints all the time on each ticket and don't remove themselves from the app after explaining. Very irritating.

App identifies newer domains as invalid e.g in my case it does not take [email protected] as a valid email address

Pretty convenient app for receiving and creating tickets. I am hoping to see a dark mode in the future and have the ability to save filters even after closing out of the app
