I’m pretty new to Freshdesk and took me a while to figure out most or at least some of the functionality of it, I’ve found that Freshdesk is suitable for my needs after getting a suggestions , but here everything start to get complex , i was on free trial sprout plan, after i set up all the links, can response etc… i got confused i have a lot of work with multiple emails i need to sync between, i forgot the URL to log in to my freshdesk account, went to procedure to recover my log in details, this is where everything gets completed even after i click on “forgot password” the system shows me a notification message “an email with details has been sent to reset the pw, “ but i received nothing, and when i contact freshdesk supplier team it feels like your communicating with a wall, 48 hours for a response, and i keep getting the same question method, “can you prodvide us with the Account URL?” now come on, people are using your app/software to run their business and the best you can do is 48 hours to get a response, it’s now 3 days since first email, still no updates.
Performance issues- for example delete of contact is very slow Cache issues - logout from different account and new sign in still has items related to the previous account. Remove and reinstall only resolve the issue. Notifications stuck- on iOS red notification counter on app icon does not clear
Display is hardly customizable, archived items inaccessible
Pretty convenient app for receiving and creating tickets. I am hoping to see a dark mode in the future and have the ability to save filters even after closing out of the app
The latest update causes the iPad app to crash on open. Still works on iPhone but dead on iPad.
Why can't I put a ticket number in the search box and have it pop up immediately? Literally can't get ANYTHING done in this app while I'm on the road and am stuck constantly fumbling with the web interface.
The app is clunky and the the UI is bad. I am not able to access analysis for my team I am forced to use a laptop.
This cool app lets you do tickets on the go, in the office, and wherever else you could need to do business. It is the way I organize my life, business, and everything in it.
I work remotely, and have had to travel a bit lately, and when I discovered the FreshDesk app it totally changed how I am able to respond to tickets. It’s limited in some capacities for the phone compared to desktop (what app isn’t?) but this has been a FANTASTIC discovery of a work related app.
