Réserver en ligne pour faire la queue une fois sur place. Inutile et inefficace. Le site internet nous oblige à télécharger l’application pour y télécharger le tickets, sauf que l’application ne nous fournit pas le ticket d’entrée.

Obliger les utilisateurs à télécharger votre application plutôt que de simplement envoyer un QR code est la pire des stratégies, on ne peut que détester votre application pour la lenteur des processus. On ne demande qu’un QR code, c’est tout! De plus, on ne peut pas entrer au musée avec votre billet: on doit faire une file pour obtenir un billet à partir d’une réservation, quelle stupidité 😂

I tried to book audio guide for Museum Prado. I used my personal email which is not Apple ID or Gmail. They tell you to download the app to get it. Then for email sign, they will send you sign link, which only leads it to their website, which does not have audio guides - they are only in the app. You can see the correct options if you sign in with Apple ID or Gmail but guide will not be there because e-mail have to match. You want help? Use our chatbot which cannot even identify the booking! Looked promising and turned out to be thoroughly annoying. Will suggest to Prado to change their partners for tickets (meant to be mobile but you need to exchange it for physical!) and audio guides.

We booked Eiffel Tower Tickets. The meeting point address was given as 7 Rue de la Manutention, 75116 Paris, both in the booking confirmation and in the reminder email. When I arrived at this address, no local agent was there. We called them at +33 7 83 64 87 44. The lady who answered informed us that we were at the wrong address and that the meeting point was actually 38 Av. de la Bourdonnais. Despite my explanation that we had been given the wrong address in the written confirmation, she dismissed my concerns. In a hurry, we tried to run to the new address. Unfortunately, we could not reach the new meeting point because Quai Jacques Chirac was completely closed off for the marathon, with fences blocking access. Crossing the street was physically impossible. I called the local contact number again, asking for some leniency and time, but the lady hung up. I also tried communicating with you via the Headout app chat I sent a complaint to Headout. They declined it, referring to the local partner’s incorrect and not true statement, making me unreasonable. They kept sending me automated replies and they manipulated post factum the data by changing online platform the meeting point address despite I have screenshots of their original confirmations.

We booked a trip. The tickets were never confirmed! The money is gone.. the tickets never received! And the agent in the chat didn’t helped! Totally unacceptable! !!!Never book anything with the company!!!!

Pessimo, não percam seu tempo. Eles utilizam uma plataforma que nos faz acreditar que é o site oficial da atração (posso chamar de propaganda enganosa) e quando chega na atração a gente descobre que pagamos muito mais caro. Uma piada

You download snd App for nothing. You don‘t get tickets and so do not skip the line. On top you pay more than regular price!!!!!!!!
