Headout: Tururi și Atracții

I used the Headout to buy the tickets to different events and attractions during our short stay in Dubai. It was very helpful and very informative. However not all the tickets were available for purchase with the Revolut credit card. In conclusion it was a very good experience. I strongly recommend!

I had a good experience in Dubai, but I booked a museum experience in Istanbul and I didnt receive the QR code in time. It was imposible to contact them. No chat respons, i sent 3 emails along my staing in Istanbul. My advise, please, read on google other hundred of reviews before using this app. There are no problems in some cities, but in others like Istanbul I dont recomand at all.

The owners of the website force you to download their useless bloatware app on your mobile phone in order to access your tickets that you paid for through their website. Furthermore even if you do, the app doesn’t allow you to download the ticket in a PDF form, forcing you to keep it till the day of your trip and visit on the subsequent monument. I suggest thinking twice before using their inferior than mediocre services that treat customers like garbage.

I ve bought the tickets for one day, and they gave us for a different day, and invalid!

Definitely NOT recommend!! I booked two tickets to visit Pompeii and paid for each ticket 5€ more than the price at the location. Research well before buying through Headout. Also, they advertise that you buy online and skip the lines but guess what? You have to wait in line to redeem your tickets. A JOKE !

Had a horrible experience with this app. I booked a ticket for a tour, followed their instructions to the letter for the meeting point but the tour did not happen at all! I talked with the support and of course they could not help me so I spent an hour looking for a guide that does not exist and then buying a second ticket from a different partener. I emailed support and even though I presented clear evidence the said I was a no show and refused to refund my money. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM TO BOOK TICKETS OR YOUR VACANTION WILL BE RUINED! Also the ui experience for the app is horrible: it is very hard to find useful information once you buy a ticket, information like location of the event and how to contact them of their partners for any issues. Also since they intermediate all the tours they give you the phone number for the initial agency so you can sort your own problems with them, but guess what? The numbers never work. I has this happen on two separate reservations. I am immediately uninstalling this app and I suggest everybody does to, or better yet do not use it at all. You are better of with Get your Guide to be honest. I never had any issues with them, the app is clean in design and easy to use and you actually receive all the confirmations and details as soon as you booked something so you don’t have to wait and pray that you lost your money, or wonder if the tour actually exists.

The app was useful and we booked an activity successful. However this app drained my battery on an iPhone 15 Pro so quick ! It is anormal. High activity in background and it finished my battery! Everyone pay attention and uninstall it if you are not using it anymore!

I have bought 2 tickets, one of them was issues on the wrong date, hence it couldn’t be used and I had to purchase another one from the location. When looking for support on getting a refund, none was provided and even a very unfriendly response received. Wouldn’t reuse the app for other purchases Also, even though ticket was purchase from the site, the tickets are not sent via email, you have to then download the app in order to see your ticket. Some locations don’t accept just the reservation ID that is sent via email

I have booked several tickets. Unfortunately, I got a cancellation in the day of visiting Sagrada Familia, but they called me, they have e-mailed me with apologizes and got de refund next day. In the end, they have partners, I think this partner list must be improved. But anyway, I recommend. But avoid guided tours!
