I purchased the tickets and did not received it. Very difficult to get support from the Headout team. Buy the tickets from the official site will be far better. Terrible service!!!

Dont use this service especially option with local transportation service. I bought a show ticket with a shared transportation option to be picked up at my hotel. I got the ticket via mail but the detail of the shared transfer was instructed to be sent via another mail separately. We waited until the date of the show and still they didn’t send when they will pick us up. The chat is completely helpless as it’s a just a simple bot where all information it replies are already in the web. So we decided to write email to support team asking for pick up detail and by the time they reply, we already had to leave with our own paid transportation in order not to miss the show. Headout didn’t compensate me anything - Just took my money and kept quiet when I ask for partial refund on the transportation that they didn’t provide. Such an irresponsible company.

On the website it say free cancelation, i click to cancel almost ten times didn’t see any email response, so bad service !!

I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.

I used Headout to book tickets to an attraction. My tickets through the app showed an attraction open/close time that weren’t correct and therefore I missed my opportunity to use my tickets. Upon contacting customer service, I got the run around for two weeks before I got a response. Their response was that they can’t offer a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using Headout again and I’d urge others to reconsider.

I downloaded this app on the 10/18/24 and never opened it, on 10/21/24 my card was charged $86.40 and I’ve yet to use this app…needless to say it won’t happen again!

Received my tickets and code for audio that I purchased for Acropolis tour. Audio code provided did not work. Contacted for help, was told they would reply in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days with no response. Tried to use chat feature for immediate help, this did not connect me to anyone. Had to do the tour with no audio guide as we had a set time and couldn’t change. Would not use again. Edit: It’s now been over a month and I finally got someone to reach out. They want to resolve the issue. Are you going to fly me back to Greece for another tour? Too little and FAR too late to respond.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with this type of app. There is NO support and the app misrepresents where you can and cannot Go.

Do not purchase any tickets through this site they take your money but do not bother to follow through with the purchase of your event tickets. Buyer beware

This app adds on fraudulent up charges that don’t exist at the site and sells fraudulent tickets. It’s too risky for vacation when you’re trying to get into an attraction. Do not use.
