The customer service is pathetically slow and not at all responsive takes ages to understand and respond. Although the offers seems appealing the customer support is waste of time and energy. They keep circling you around for hours and then leave u in the middle of nowhere. Utterly disgraceful and disappointing experience. Tip to users: expect great offers on the platform but do expect worst customer support in case u need any assistance from them.

Instead of sending you tickets by email, they send a link to force you to download the app to get your tickets. I might have given a fair review if I had downloaded it by choice. Too bad.

Discounts are good and it is easy to book. But we have been waiting for an hour at the entrance to get our tickets.

It was so disappointing, the cruise trip was canceled without notice, their agent never pick ups the phone or it may wrong number. When we reached at the agent office he asked us to pay €100 to get on the next appointment just because I was 7 minutes late. The whole morning I was calling the agents without luck trying to explain that all bridges in Paris to the meeting point are closed. Myself and my family have been roaming around the area for more than 2 hours and finally to receive a cold welcome by the agent asking us to pay €100 extra and not even explaining the situation about the cruise trip. So SAD !

I bought an Eiffel Tower tour with them and I regret my decision. Somehow they are not responsible for the activities marketed on their platform and whenever you ask a for refund for a service that you havent received, they are coming up with excuses not to payback. They are a part of the robbery of my 100€. Find other tours, do not spend your money and time on this platform

Don’t use this app unless you want to know what activities can be done in this place then head out to the official website to purchase much cheaper tickets

Website is better because in the app, when I press next… it just closes the app… please fix it

I bought a ticket 26th of June, they cancelled the booking and returned money immediately, saying that booking has failed. Then I booked again, ticket went through, they charged me accordingly. 27th was park day. 29th they charge me again same ticket price (!!!), after chatting with them they told it was some sort of double charging for the booking. Eventually, they sent me an email that according to their TC they don’t refund…. What!?!?!?!?!? Don’t refund what exactly? That was their mistake of double charging?!

In the website I can select Apple pay.. but this app can’t change.. is it bug.?
