Hik-Connect - for End user

Crashes after first login and keeps crashing at startup. Been this way for several updates and weeks no. No action from the developers.

The new version doesn’t work. It just crashes every time you open it.

after the last update I can't see the record for the previous days

Latest UI update is not convenient at all, rather makes using the app more complex and painful.

Time numbers covers date numbers on display, to change date is problematic.

Does not open at all on iOS 13

Last version 3.6.3 crashing. Can’t use at all. Also switching between WiFi and 4G will often log out and can’t answer the doorbell quickly.

when put the program,need to choose country but weote me cant connect to the server

An app like this that requires you to stare at the screen for a prolonged amount of time when monitoring MUST have dark mode to reduce eye fatigue.

Great app. Only reason I gave 4 starts was because there isn’t a dark theme option.
