Awesome in use and flexibility

Used to have a smooth playback upon installation. However, I think since the app updated, the playback hasn’t been good. In the last two weeks, When I try playback, it states ‘network unstable’ or ‘maximum channels under playback reached’.

It’s quite convenient using the device. Just little network stuffs ones in a while.

It is a wonderful experience using Hik-Connect. Please can the notification come as call on my phone?

This is a very nice app, meanwhile, there is need to improve on the motion pictures. It gets blurry after a while

This app is very bad! It never connects. Very disappointed

This app does not allow 2 persons to view the same time. To view from a second device you have to disconnect the other device. It’s wrong please. Allow access for multiple view from different phones
