My order is delayed for 2 hours, I can’t cancel it and there’s no way to contact the Customer Service

A freaking joke - avoid
I would rate minus 20 if it was possible, food never on time, you always have to struggle to contact the drivers, who sometimes pick up the food and decide to deliver it 2 hours later - literally. No call center - no customer support, they don’t refund money for orders that were never delivered, a total scam

الخدمة سيئة، السياسات سيئة، خدمة العملاء اسوأ، استهتار بالعملاء، اسوأ تجربة مريت فيها في برامج التوصيل كانت معاهم، تم الحذف وتوبة استخدمه مره اخرى
خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا .. وصلني الاوردر ناقص جدا .. وبكلمهم .. ردود جاهزة .. تم رفع ملاحظتك للمطعم !!!

The app is forcing you to pay tips, with out notification, they would by default be considering an amount for the tip!!!!! So bad application
