I got wrong order, sent a complaint through their system, however they obliged me to talk to "client service", waited 10 minutes while having to hold the app open either else i'll have to start again, once connected with the agent, he told me one photo was not enough, had to provide photo for each time, then they told me to wait, again I waited 10 minutes while they're "examining the photos", all while intermittently receiving the message "there seems problem with your connection, wait to reconnect you", and in the end they gave me partial refund and closed the chat. this seems intentional by the management to force clients to forget about their complaints/refund, well, i'll indeed forget about this application.

الخدمة سيئة، السياسات سيئة، خدمة العملاء اسوأ، استهتار بالعملاء، اسوأ تجربة مريت فيها في برامج التوصيل كانت معاهم، تم الحذف وتوبة استخدمه مره اخرى

حاجة صعبة الصراحة .. اوردر يوصل ناقص. .. وردود .. تم رفع ملاحظاتك

اصبح يقتصر على مسافة محدده ما عاد له فائدة ورجعنا بتطبيق جاهز

Worst delivery app

The app is forcing you to pay tips, with out notification, they would by default be considering an amount for the tip!!!!! So bad application
