الخدمة سيئة، السياسات سيئة، خدمة العملاء اسوأ، استهتار بالعملاء، اسوأ تجربة مريت فيها في برامج التوصيل كانت معاهم، تم الحذف وتوبة استخدمه مره اخرى

حاجة صعبة الصراحة .. اوردر يوصل ناقص. .. وردود .. تم رفع ملاحظاتك

اصبح يقتصر على مسافة محدده ما عاد له فائدة ورجعنا بتطبيق جاهز

Worst delivery app

The app is forcing you to pay tips, with out notification, they would by default be considering an amount for the tip!!!!! So bad application

You can sometimes wait 2 hours for your breakfast to recieve it as a lunch cz drivers decide to go and leave

I have been using the hunger station for almost one year. Yesterday when I ordered an pickup order I was supposed to be get a cashback of 20 sar based on offer 4X SR 20 . But I didn’t received it. I tried to contact the customer care but problem was not solved. Even it is written in order summary that cashback will credit to your wallet. But not credited. I have followed all the mentioned conditions in your application but still no cashback. This is your application issue.
