I placed an order from a restaurant called Zed and was promised a 30 minute delivery - after 30 minutes I noticed that the driver still hasn’t picked up my order so I called him. He claimed that the store location is wrong. I contacted the customer care for support, alllll they did was send pre-written templates. Then one agent told me that I would receive an order an hour from now(after I had already waited the promised 30 mins) so I asked them to cancel the order since my lunch break would be over by then. They said they can’t cancel as per hunger station policy? What kind of policy is that? My order was paid online so I requested to cancel and issue a refund, they said that the only way they can refund me is if I wait the additional hour and don’t receive the order. An hour later the driver calls me, says he is at my location I told him I wouldn’t be able to accept it as it is super late. The day after I opened a chat and asked for a refund as I was promised, they kept claiming that they cannot refund me because the driver arrived and I was unresponsive, was sent the same template by 4 different robotic agents. I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise I wasn’t contacted by anyone. I think its best if I delete the app and try my luck with another delivery app, and I advise you to do the same

Unprofessional , cancels the order at anytime they want , customer care are rude

Delivery is fast and easy

Bad management and customer service. They can’t even control or assist their drivers; the most important thing is that you can’t cancel your order, neither the driver can. 1/3 times you will receive food an hour late and cold. Waste of time and money.

They are sooo late on my order more than 1h and still not received. Adding to that they want give me my money back!!! What a scam!

This app is not recommended at all, and I do not advise anyone to use it. As soon as you encounter a problem, no one is going to reply to you, and it's just automated responses. In all of the replies here, it is requested that you send an email to wecare, but no one will be interested in responding to you or resolving your problem. Consider switching to another application, since a company that does not value their clients isn't worth their business.
