KLM - Book a flight

‘Oops! Something went wrong!’ Is all I’m getting for this app with trying to put in our passport details and trying to check-in.

The app is unusable after the latest update on my iPhone X with latest iOS. I’ve noticed many things going wrong lately also on (mobile) web with payments and booking in general and have spent too much time calling KLM customer service to fix these errors. Not great.

Flight from Cardiff to Munich via Amsterdam just for one night. Asked the check in girl to make sure luggage was only checked into Amsterdam as I was staying a night, she confirmed this would happen and I could pick it up on arrival. Arrived at luggage belt to find only 2 luggage had arrived actually my son’s had been put into transi, even though the ticket said pick up Amsterdam., my husbands had been checked into Munich!!. I also took her name and as a joke I said, if it doesn’t arrive then I know who to blame, well sure enough KLM check in girl at Cardiff airport Hannah Williams you really are useless, as it didn’t arrive after spelling it out to you literally!!

Love the fact that they actually make updates based on user feedback

My first time using KLM/Air France/Flybe connections...brilliant. Thankyou for the great flights and lovely on board flight attendants. You made my trip a happy and memorable one. Love the smiles and happy nature of the on board crew. KLM booking on line was so user friendly. Thankyou to Carly, Shauna & Grace on the Flybe flight Paris to Cardiff. It must have been a tiring day for you all with the weather delays that day. You still had smiles for everyone. Travelling in Europe we have used the app a few times and found it easy and convenient. It is regularly updated Bookings, check in and inquiries all easy. Made “life on the road” stress free.

Very good interface, easy to navigate the app. Everything comes into one. Good stuff!

Good app I guess as it works well for what it has and is quite fast, but the content is fairly basic. Might be better if you actually had a booking with KLM and want to manage it, but all I want to do is browse flights and get prices. You can check their flight schedule which is handy but they don't give you any prices (meaning it's better just going to the KLM site). Also since KLM don't fly to Australia you have to select 'other' as your country. Would also be better with route maps and fleet info. Only download app if you have a KLM booking, otherwise it seems quite useless.

Je wordt bewust niet naast elkaar geplaatst om zo nog wat extra te kunnen verdienen. Terwijl de plekken gewoon vrij zijn. Dat voelt als afzetterij.
