Too many errors. After 15 min o was not able to pay for a seat. If you want our money that invest in your app…Ryanair and wiz air have better apps

Hi guys, I would really love to understand, if the check in went through for a flight with multiple legs, why do I have the add to wallet option just for the first leg and for the rest just the share option? :)))

a useless application and a useless miles service, for nothing we collect the Miles in the application if we can't use them, I tried to buy a pair of headphones with the miles collected in the application but when the application asks me to log in in the browser surprise .. the miles are gone

I cannot recall another company supporting customers at a level that KLM is doing congratulations and I hope you will be able to keep going like this

Very useful application, can do everything regarding your trips.

The application doesn’t let you checkin or chose a seat if you are flying to US, to none of the flights. But you can chose to pay 30 euros, of course , even if the checkin is open. It is also kindly suggesting you ask at the kiosk were people don’t have any time or there are no two joining seats available for a family. It slowly becoming a Wizz Air experience but at a premium price.
