Update App
Helaas, met een mobiel die niet naar IOS16 kan upgraden maar verder nog steeds uitstekend werkt, krijg ik nu in beeld dat ik KLM App moet updaten wat dus niet gaat en daarmee is huidige App ook niet meer te gebruiken. Wat een service.
Does install, does not work.
The app installs perfectly fine on ios 15.8.2. Then on opening it refuses to work without a necessary update, which does not install on 15.8.2 but only on ios 16. Any idea how stupid and frustrating this is ? It does make you wonder how klm keep their planes from crashing.
Waardeloze zooi
Heb iPhone 7 en kan nu dus niks meer met de App software 15.8.7 en houdoe bedankt. Ik mag dus niet meer boeken of whatever via de App.
Terrible App
Every time a different problem, terrible user experience, app does not sore the customer data, often crashes when trying to pay; already complained in several channels, no change :-(
Op IPad niet in landscape, vluchten verdwenen
Op mijn ipad kan ik de app alleen nog in portrait modus openen. Met een toetsenbord in landscape wordt het dan wel heel erg onhandig om een vlucht te boeken. Dit probleem bestaat al minstens een jaar. KLM is kennelijk niet in staat om het op te lossen. De reactie van de ontwikkelaar (zou trouwens best in het Nederlands mogen) is nietszeggend. Op 1 na zijn al mijn eerdere vluchten verdwenen.

Why not supporting the older versions as well?
App dies not work
Boarding pass wont be added to wallet, trip won’t synchronise with calendar.
Kan niet online inloggen
Kan niet online inloggen. Als ik de passagiersgegevens invul verdwijnen deze weer na het invullen van paspoortgegevens. Kom niet verder. Waardeloos!
