It forces to enter OTP and though given correct OTP it says wrong

I have had a good experience was given front row window seat polite staff

Love KLM for their great pre flight and in flight service both online or through customer care numbers. The fares are also most reasonable. Keep it up.

You guys should really pay more attention to the app. It’s full of bugs for a very long time. Sometimes it doesn’t show flight numbers/time in the search results. Price keeps changing from screen to screen. But the bummer is this: now I downloaded the app on a new device but I am unable to login. A browser page opens up but it just keeps giving “unexpected error “. So I can’t book flight easily with my saved details!! Can’t access my previous bookings. Please please take the app seriously- it will pay you back.

Hi can u share more information about the airport and lounges of KLM in the app. Otherwise it’s easy to use.

Wait times of more than 3 hours on call to talk to a customer service agent. Technical issues in booking that customer service fails to acknowledge.

It provides all the information and meets total needs of the passenger.
