KLM - Book a flight

Everything in this app takes ages to load. Also what’s the point of a live activity just showing “have a nice trip”… maybe the boarding time, seat number or just about anything else would be more useful

Sadly the app now is now unusable as I have an IPhone 7 Plus which does not have the latest iOS software installed. It would have been more prudent if KLM’s IT team had considered this before upgrading the app to work ONLY on iOS 16 as I am sure that I’m not the only person who is not running Apple’s latest software on their phone.

Fantastic app. Easy to use. Keeps me updated. Gives me directions to the gate. Offers me upgrade options. Overall the best Airline app I’ve ever used.

One has to go month by month to get your birth year. In my case that was a substantial number of clicks. Just badly written software

Trying to change seats - get to confirmation then transaction fails. Frustrating.

It’s impossible to turn off the marketing notifications, it turns itself on again. It’s like klm delays: unavoidable. Annoying

Needs fixing.

When l tap add to wallet (flying blue explorer) it doesn’t do anything. I do have points and I’m logged into the app.

alway have problems booking my flights, you get kicked out try to book them again and the price goes up

It used to work perfectly fine now it’s always constantly booting and doesn’t operate all functions. Kindly fix cos it’s annoyingly inconvenient, I’m having to call or go on the website to access full features I could have previously used on the app
