The connection cuts off sometimes and have to reconnect
Easy to set up, good rates
This is the first time I’ve tried an eSIM. Nomad was quick and easy to set up and good value for the money. However I’ve noticed that their promotional rates fluctuate, so the price you see one day may not be the same rate when you actually sign up.

Great app but I had a small issue. Their customer support is fast and amazing. Problem solved.
Nomad
Used going to Thailand and worked and connected flawlessly… we just don’t have a phone number, only data..
Non existent customer service
Poor coverage, non-existent customer service. Go for a different provider.
My first ESIM
It’s an amazing eSIM experience. I travel a lot and always use to buy local sims and always was afraid not to have data where I landed! Now the whole world is on my tips! Always connected!
Not reliable
Used the app a few times in US and Europe. It’s a hit and miss sometimes it works well others time it does not. During my last experience it was not connecting reliably. I had to reach out to support twice in 10 days. So make sure you have access to WiFi to reach support.
