Nomad eSIM: Prepaid Data Plan

Too bad I couldn’t use the eSIM in my country. I submitted a complaint and got a quick refund. I’m giving the app 5* because of the great support

I have bought several esims for travelling and is very price competitive, they have also offers sometimes, and support is just great, they solve it right away.

I chose Nomad since it offered a small and cheap eSim package as I didn’t want to loose too much money in the event that things didn’t work out. But I also wanted the option for add-on data. Initially I had some issues configuring the Argentina package in the Nomad app, which was worrying, but I was attended to promptly and efficiently by Nomad customer support via chat and email. You receive an automatic email with all the chat dialogue, which I found a helpful reference too. In my opinion it really is customer support which makes or breaks an online service, so I was very happy that everything worked well when I reached Buenos Aires and I’m very satisfied. I will definitely keep my Nomad app. Thanks.

I’ve tried twice, in the beginning there are always setup issues, that can be solved though. Anyhow, you can only reach them over chat (which works with internet only as well) and they reply in days so you’ll loose precious time and money, so in no way purchase, if you have obligations connected to the internet.

I tried to activate it during my last trip to Ryhad and never managed to do it. It always made an error.

installation need a bit of patience. not as well explained as could be, and sometimes works 🙂 and sometimes does not 🙁

It is super friendly to use (it just followed the steps), and the customer service is very professional, amiable, and fast to reply. I contacted them on a Saturday, and I received a proper answer in less than 30 minutes! I ordered the APAC 20GB, and it works perfectly :)

Poor customer service. Lots of other companies that offer same service with better customer service and reliability. Never got a response to my emails, however you finally send a canned response here for public view after a poor review. I’ve moved on. Thx

This is an actual fraud. Bought 1GB , used only for maps overall 5 hours during a day and that’s it. Obviously they cut it intentionally to make you buy again
