The GUI could do with a bit of work but that aside the app is excellent - especially when paired with CL Connect The adsb uplink of times capability is excellent and accurate and a selling point all on its own Great work

Over the years and especially in the last 6-8 months the user experience has improved, with quick response time from Troubleshoot team as well.

ACARS feature and syncing is pretty awesome. Would love to be able to update my qualifications in the APP.

I used their old product for nearly 10 years, it was fantastic and then they got greedy, they wanted to charge more for an apparently updated product and closed support on the old product. How wrong was I to trust them, they took my money and then gave me a product that kept on losing my logbook data among many other issues. Stay away, it’s not worth the hassle. Other big name products may be more expensive but you can rely on them.

Recently subscribed to this service. Very intuitive and versatile program. Especially useful for pilots who have not kept their logbooks up to date, as previous hours are able to be extracted using the airline interface. There have been a few bugs after converting from their previous version MCC PILOTLOG. Be patient as they get to iron out these issues. I hear they are about to launch a live support platform which will certainly help those who are frustrated or thinking of giving up. Their support team certainly helped me get my logbook all up to date and working the way it should.

Downloaded app, upgraded from mccpilot logbook, desktop version seems alright, but this app has downloaded and can't even find how to log in to my account. Odd... Reinstalled, still the same, just opens straight in to the app and I can’t find anywhere to log in..

The first version failed- my records became partially filled and now despite following their instructions my records won’t update to the new version. It’s a shame because I like the software but it needs to be reliable.... and this is anything but. Poor support from the company too- I’m still waiting to hear a reply about whether I can get my records back :(...

But stating on your website the new released version works great and is stable is a joke Every time! I click on the totals page, the app crashes instantly After delaying the release by over 2 month again this is a f^^^^^^ joke! What did I pay money for?

Great app

Kind of defeats the purpose if my schedule will not load into the app. Have tried to reach out to customer service but they were no help, just a go between and nothing worked. Wanted me to be available for a specialist from 1 in the morning until 4 in the morning. Nope. Can’t do that. They will not set a meeting up anytime between 12 and 22UTC. I guess I just live in the wrong time zone to get any real help. Oh well, I just requested a refund.
