Most importing function is canceled by them. Their excuse is a big lie. They are trying to increase their income. Even ACARs camera function doesn’t work with different ACARs screens. You must enter your flight manually. Without these functions it is ridiculous to pay for that app. There are better apps.

Why you have stopped to get the Crew List. It’s really hard to save the crew every leg. It’s nice that you care about the privacy of the people but I have the names on my roster??

They upgrade the app perfectly just they need some improvements about writing and copy paste issues.

The program serves well and they have a very helpful team. Support center is very responsive and helpful in every way.

Crew lounge logbook is really powerful and easy to use app. It covers all my needs and beyond as professional pilot. It wonderfully works and synchronizes between multiple platforms. There were some hiccups in the beginning of release but the team fixed and polished everything out now and works flawlessly. I would like to mention their customer support which is beyond I ever experienced. What ever problem, question or bug you will have, they are always back to you latest within 24 hours to provide with solutions and answers. It happened several times within 2 hours which is outstanding.

Thanks for the improvement and the good work please stay one time fee based , i can can not continue paying like paying rent to you.

Great app

Kind of defeats the purpose if my schedule will not load into the app. Have tried to reach out to customer service but they were no help, just a go between and nothing worked. Wanted me to be available for a specialist from 1 in the morning until 4 in the morning. Nope. Can’t do that. They will not set a meeting up anytime between 12 and 22UTC. I guess I just live in the wrong time zone to get any real help. Oh well, I just requested a refund.
