PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO

The roster auto import doesn’t work anymore. The captain s name doesn’t appear anymore. Desktop app messy and hard to use.

This APP gets the best support I know of so far…

After a few issues in the first Versions (Support was always very helpfull), it ist finally an App I can work with. Especially the airline Interface saves me a lot of time.

Not user friendly at all... very difficult to set up

The new pilotlog crewlounge is userfriendly, with a lot of different functions. Works safe together Microsoft/IOS. Support excellent, fast & helpful

Handy App with sophisticated features. FANTASTIC customer support! You always get a quick, competent and friendly answer. This alone justifies the money you spend for it.

Support is really very helpful and willing to find the solution. The app and windows app crash very often. Often the support team can’t always reproduce my problems which makes it difficult. The app has for sure a good future but in my eyes the rollover from MCC was toooo early as the Crewlounge is not stable at all. Hope is improves soon and that my „phantom-error“ can finally be reproduced . PS: open cases 132354 131864 133171 133175 133181 133182

Always check that the app is updated! It works more or less stable, but if you have a problem, check if an update is necessary! If that doesn‘t help, send an email to the customer support. It‘s an easy and fast way to log your flights.

With the last updates, the software is coming more and more stable and useable. Dear team, please keep rolling!
