PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO

So they deleted my review… here we go again: This app is the product of greed. It basically same as the app 10 years ago (mcc logbook) Except you can pay now monthly. There was basically no improvement over the past 10 years. When you import your database you can expect to spend a day or two to find out why things dont match up… The windows app actually runs slower than the old one and synchronization takes a lot of time especially when the database is down. If you are a young pilot and you reading this please avoid this app and start something cheaper better. There are plenty out there. As someone said it already, I only use it because I payed a lot for it and it is hard to move the database across to something better.

Highly recommended for all RYR group pilots as well - with the new efb interface flight logging is a dream. Superb customer service! Congratulation!

The product itself is very detailed, and the cross platform functionality is also excellent. Support is prompt, helpful and professional.

After using MCCpilot log for years, I was forced to use this “enhanced” version. Apart from that I had to pay a lot for the lifetime license again I do not see much development, rather setback. Downloading historical data doesn’t work well. If the bacground database changed, the new uodate do not override it. It doesn’t remember for the date of the last download, etc. (Those were working perfect in the previous version. The user interface is really outdated, however there is more focus on mobile devices, but the application instable. The system doesn’t recognise the PIC in multicrew environment, problems with night time calculation, etc. Some of them has a workaround already, but come on I am paying for an application which is not fulfill what is planed for. I am using it because I paid a lot for it, but I was really expecting someting better.

After months of upgrades, finally it works as it should have from the beginning.

I love the flexibility and reliability of this app. Definitely a must!

I have switched from LogTen pro to first MCC pilot and then now upgraded to the new Pilot Log. Customer service has always been quick, friendly and competent to solve any issues I have run into. I highly recommend this service for any beginner or experienced aviator.

Priced right and customer service fixes any issues that arise. Our company changed the login process and the team had a fix quickly to have my schedule imported.
