The product itself is very detailed, and the cross platform functionality is also excellent. Support is prompt, helpful and professional.

After using MCCpilot log for years, I was forced to use this “enhanced” version. Apart from that I had to pay a lot for the lifetime license again I do not see much development, rather setback. Downloading historical data doesn’t work well. If the bacground database changed, the new uodate do not override it. It doesn’t remember for the date of the last download, etc. (Those were working perfect in the previous version. The user interface is really outdated, however there is more focus on mobile devices, but the application instable. The system doesn’t recognise the PIC in multicrew environment, problems with night time calculation, etc. Some of them has a workaround already, but come on I am paying for an application which is not fulfill what is planed for. I am using it because I paid a lot for it, but I was really expecting someting better.

After months of upgrades, finally it works as it should have from the beginning.

They have made so many changes that they are not what they used to be. They are completely awful. They were very prompt in resolving your problems. Now, they don’t even respond to emails anymore.

Latest app update has a major bug which prevents scrolling down to enter flight data when adding or editing flights.

Have been using Crew Lounge (started as MCC) for many years now and multiple airlines . Their applications and support have always been excellent

I was looking for a logbook that would not cost a large annual fee like other services that I’ve seen.

The only thing going for this software was the interface with CrewTrac and Flica but this was disabled with no warning. I had converted years ago since LogTen had gotten significantly more expensive and had shafted its lifetime member. But now it's become even more cumbersome to log flights. Awesome
