PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO

I purchased it on December. After roughly 75 emails the app (sic) still doesn’t works: Bad syncing Flights missing Lack of technical support Poor connection with the mobile version Works incredibly bad in Mac Catalina Unstable app, lots of crashes I don’t remind such waste of money and time in my whole life. I am praying to find a good elogbook to migrate ASAP. In sum: A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I love the flexibility and reliability of this app. Definitely a must!

I have switched from LogTen pro to first MCC pilot and then now upgraded to the new Pilot Log. Customer service has always been quick, friendly and competent to solve any issues I have run into. I highly recommend this service for any beginner or experienced aviator.

Priced right and customer service fixes any issues that arise. Our company changed the login process and the team had a fix quickly to have my schedule imported.

Loved the App and it’s features. The tech support team is amazing. Worth every penny.

I have used LogTen and Safelog before this app. This one blows them out of the water. It works flawlessly and I love the auto import feature from ACARS and ADS-B. The price is very reasonable too, unlike LogTen that charges way too much. Very happy with this electronic logbook. Glad I made the switch.

Works great for auto downloading your schedule. Would have given this 5 stars if the customer service was a little more responsive. There is room for improvement but they do not seem to be too interested in suggestions. Still a good product that saves me lots of time.

This app is like a spam, it is not correctly working on both windows and mac, every time u use the app it definitely crashes, each time you want to print ur logbook there are so many informations missing, it takes 48 hrs for the support team to reply the email, you cant use your mobile to export your logbook, you should always have a computer.
