PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO

Hi all, I started as a customer of theirs from the beginnings, with the MCC logbook. Then it transitioned to this, I had to pay extra although I payed for the lifetime version initially. The main reason to pick this over other free software with similar functionality was the ability to import my roster from AIMS (on a monthly basis). Even that degraded in time, not downloading sim duties or ground duties for about a year and a half. Now, with this function gone, why would somebody pick this over free logbooks, I don’t know, honestly. Maybe this is another step towards an improved new version, that would require again payment? So much for enterprise versions and for maintaining consistency of the product that you payed for… From another lost customer.

I have used this app for years now and always been amazed by all the element we can import from our flights. The online Interface with automatic data filing is placing this app to the Top 1 level. However..now that the online Interface is suspended, without the possibility to import data automatically, it became like any other app where you have to download manually the data which makes it more time consuming. I really hope this feature will come back asap, as I would really be disappointed having to subscribe to an other app giving me this option since Pilotlog was truly amazing 🙏

I have used logten for 10 years and now am using pilot log and trust me there is no going back. It's a like full suite. The best thing is ads b data feed. What a way to use technology. You guys are too good

It is no secret that the release of the new “CrewLounge” suite contained many, many bugs. I left “upgrading” from MCCpilotlog a while in the hope that the bugs had been fixed but the app isn’t working properly for me. To the developer’s credit they are working hard to resolve the issue so I’m looking forward to being able to use it. Support are taking several days to get back to you (understandable right now) but responses to criterial app reviews are very quick...

I had some issues after the update to version 5.2. With some emails exchanged between company and me they were able and very much helpful to sort out the problems and putting things back on track. I recommend this app not only because it's applicability but also because the developer is honest and trustworthy. Thanks a lot for your attention and I will be more than happy to recommend to my friends. Cheers!!!

They have made so many changes that they are not what they used to be. They are completely awful. They were very prompt in resolving your problems. Now, they don’t even respond to emails anymore.

Latest app update has a major bug which prevents scrolling down to enter flight data when adding or editing flights.

Have been using Crew Lounge (started as MCC) for many years now and multiple airlines . Their applications and support have always been excellent
