You could’ve prompted user to relogin as soon as their previous session expired before checking new trips - It can be a little distracting if you have to relogin during the check out process, while sometimes you need to restart the booking again.

I booked the ticket with total fare SGD312 but you charged me SGD336

I unable to change my flight date on 3days in advance and need to wait for modify ticket 4hrs before departure time.

Booked for a trip advanced and the process was easy and smooth with no issues.

Too much charges are levied on Seats

Often times error during login, can’t do mobile checkin, error and just written ‘ops something wrong’. Functionally wise doesn’t work for the minimum.

Always Can’t do biometric login even though the setting is on. Try to see booking info also have to retry numerous time……frustrated. Even re downloading the app but still doesn’t work properly.
