App doesn’t refresh

Can't get it to do anything. Opens, but then is completely non-responsive.

Useless. Won’t retrieve my booking and won’t sync with my Kris Flyer account

It was my bad day in my whole life . I went to airport 3 hours before from the departure time at Amritsar airport, india . Firstly , it was long queue and single operator was doing check in. After waiting a long time I got my turn and operator said wait for 2 min my system is not responding your name . I wait 15 min and then I said my waiting here after long queue and now you are processing other passengers and what about me . Then I pass me to next counter where they accepting payments . I remember her name Amandeep kaur , she said wait for another 2 min my computer also not responding your name and ticket . After waiting another 10 min I told her am on your counter for check in from last 45 min and she replied my manger is coming to check your ticket . She was trying to call her manager but he was not picking at that time . Suddenly I saw her manger and I walk to him and explained whole story and he refused by a word " I cannot do anything if your ticket is not in our system " . I argued with him a lot and he was refused. I bought that ticket from my agent from New Zealand. I called to my agent at Nz time 2am . He picked up my call and helped me at 2am . My agent advised me to take a letter in written in which they mentioned no ticket in system. I took in written . After struggling 3 hour I went back to my home . After checking everything my agent said Singapore airline changed reference no and send to scoot and they did not mentioned in their system. My review to scoot zero star not one . They harassed me mentally for 3 hours. When I will reached in nz I will file case against Singapore airline and scoot as well .

Sometimes selects add ons that I’m pretty sure I haven’t selected and some weird glitches with the price shown on the top right corner. Apple Pay integration would be nice. Other than that a pretty slick app

You could’ve prompted user to relogin as soon as their previous session expired before checking new trips - It can be a little distracting if you have to relogin during the check out process, while sometimes you need to restart the booking again.

I booked the ticket with total fare SGD312 but you charged me SGD336

Generally works fine apart from when checking in. I spent 15mins adding details for the passport expiry field to not allow number input meaning I had to move to desktop to check in. Buggy input fields

Keeps appearing error then says abt bank card error only to see price increase ☹️
