Not a great app compared to other airlines Super slow, bugs pretty often. “Communication error”, “unknown error (0)”, … Not the worst but definitely subpar compared to others.

It is impossible to manage on line something Cannot add a luggage because they want to stole my money at the airport

UI not meant fot ipad but more importantly it is just a lousy app, unable to even log in to open my profile. Clicking on the icon does not do anything except crashing the app after a few clicks. Can the singapore airlines group have a developer to review this please, it is such a disgrace

The new version of the app has a terrible design, as it doesn’t allow one to log in with SQ credentials retrieve past and upcoming bookings.

Hi don’t understand why show one price first 487 sgd then goes to 512 agd and just before paying though AXZ. Where no fee is charged it goes up to 518 sgd Don’t understand

it is a very great and usefull app i book on scoot only by this way now .
