Login problems
Hello! I am trying to login into my account and I have reset the password and the app still gives me an error. I cannot see my booking and I have to use a browser to complete my checkin. What should I do?
Login process to be improved
You could’ve prompted user to relogin as soon as their previous session expired before checking new trips - It can be a little distracting if you have to relogin during the check out process, while sometimes you need to restart the booking again.
Scoot charging more money
I booked the ticket with total fare SGD312 but you charged me SGD336
Buggy and useful
Generally works fine apart from when checking in. I spent 15mins adding details for the passport expiry field to not allow number input meaning I had to move to desktop to check in. Buggy input fields
Add on baggage
Keeps appearing error then says abt bank card error only to see price increase ☹️
Can’t redeem discount
I like to redeem discount via Kris mikes but unable to
Useless and loss money
I unable to change my flight date on 3days in advance and need to wait for modify ticket 4hrs before departure time.
Easy Booking
Booked for a trip advanced and the process was easy and smooth with no issues.
Costly seats
Too much charges are levied on Seats
