The App or Website will not allow the purchase of Seat Selection or Board Me First if booked via a Travel Agent. I’ve spoken to Scoot twice & their Agents say we must do this via the Agent. The Agent has tried to purchase our selection but the App/ Website will not all them to complete the purchase. This is a basic request, can someone advise how I can make this purchase?

Can’t do anything on this terrible app

Terrible airline. They changed my itinerary +3 times and customer support are rude, unhelpful and inefficient. The app is not integrated and takes you to the browser site. Worst experience ever.

Do not book with Scoot - they lost my bag along with all my most favourite possessions and they can't even be bothered to acknowledge my emails or take my calls ... If you value your bags - do not book with Scoot. Terrible customer service actually terrible would imply there was some customer service There is zero Truly disgraceful Tilly

Why have an app if online check in is not available? It totally delays the travel process

This app is like a flashlight that only works in direct sunlight - useless, stupid, and a waste of resources.

Bad app

Absolutely useless app it is rubbish it is hit and miss with the booking it crashes halfway through a booking and the manage my booking is atrocious. Wanted to change my flight day but the app says no flight available!!!!!! But go make a new biking and WOW the flights are there RUBBISH APP. Scamming fare paying passengers.

Super glitchy…when i try to select the dates and location of my flight destination the app wpuld come out with “no flights available” but when i check using browser there were actually flight options avalible

This app is the most useless app I have ever used - and I have upwards of 12 different travel apps. I used it today to check in - FAILED! I used it yesterday to check in once it was open - FAILED! It has logged me out several times - FAIL! It sent a new password that doesn’t work after I was logged out - FAIL, FAIL! There is No support. FAILED! Avoid.
