Don’t upgrade the firmware
Once you upgrade the firmware and its stuck or crashed , your cam will never connect to local network anymore even factory reset , this cam is a trash without network, and the engineer team still cannot slove this problem.

Super happy with Wyze - it’s the reason I can check on my kids reliably during post bedtimes when I am out. More reliable/less fiddly than the Chinese equivalents I have tried in the past.
It won’t work
It won’t open when I’m on a different network from my cameras. I’ve reinstalled the app, reset all cameras but it still doesn’t work.
Live View?
Love View in Asia is not useable: it always shows unstable connection!
Landscape mode for tablet plz
It is necessary to add a landscape mode for tablet users. It is the only big thing missing in the UI of your app.
Freezes my phone
With some reason my phone freezes after opening the app, I would have to force turn my phone off, not sure if it’s because I registered the apple iOS beta program…

Totally cannit function after updating
Ok before updating, but after updating to new version, there are many bugs and need to use half a minute to connect and showing a few seconds of very lag videos. Afterwards will need another 10 seconds to connect and the loop continues. Totally unacceptable.
