About the Wyze scale X. You can’t change the units of secondary users to kg, it only shows lbs, so pretty useless to most people in the world. Seems pretty easy to fix, but this bug has been know for over a year , but still not fixed.
I seem to have a subscription for nothing. When I go to my account and choose 'unlock cam plus,' I see 'choose plus.' I select monthly payment, but when I click on continue, nothing happens. I had a subscription , but yet it still didn’t record people. I am paying for video recording FIX IT."
Do I have to throw away my older tablets and also the wyze cams because software/ app support is not available?
This update sucks!not working,can’t connect any camera..
The app works fine, and mostly the feeds start quick and responsive, even on mobile connections I like the feature that when you share one or more devices, you don't have to share them to all to all persons. The only issue for me is on IPad. The app doesn't rotate with the direction of the app. I use the IPad mostly in landscape mode, but the app only works in portrait.
How too fix it??? After reinstalling can not anymore assign the cam V3 still saying unassigned when i have cam pro the help desk service wyze do no respond on my problem and Wyze community. Nobody help my the problem ..i have send the log file this time and i have a new ticket number 2243058
Wyze is one of my favorite brands, my only wish is that they extend to Europe.
This is a really great app and Wyze are really great cams but there is one fundamental thing missing: whether notifications are sent should be based on where I am. If I am at home I don’t need the app to remind me every time I switch rooms or move. This has nothing to do with the schedule so a light weight location tracking in the app (poll every x minutes whether I’m at home) would help this system, especially when paired with the schedule and automation possibilities. Also: Apple TV app and native macOS app.
One of the recent updates broke how Night Vision works. It no longer stays ‘On’ when you set it so. It will switch back to ‘Auto’ which makes it unusable as a baby monitor since the audible click when it switches between regular and Night Vision is loud enough to wake a baby.
Hi very good system! But after the last firmware update my camera keeps moving to the upper left by it self,can this be fixt?
