Web view Froze
After the most recent update, I am unable to use my live web view. It froze right after I did the update. Power cycle was done and everything I can think of just to make the web live view work again to no avail. Frustrating.
Fair quality
I have 2 pan cam v2, after a month of using it, started to malfunction. Same with my 3. Wyze bulb. After a week or so, it started to malfunction as well. All instructions were followed to fix the problem but it didn’t work.
Wifi Connectivity
Hi Wyze Dev Team, Hope you can add an easy way of reconnecting the camera to the existing wifi if disconnected, new wifi network. That way, I dont have to press reset button every god damn time.

sound gone after using microphone
after talking using the mic, the sound is always gone. had to restart the app to have it working again. please fix. its getting annoying restarting the app
Events video turned to images only!
You shouldn’t have change the option to view videos of past events to just images only for more money! You should have retained what you have offered from the beginning to the users instead of suddenly forcing users to pay extra just for the videos that we’ve been getting from the past for free.

Why is the app installed on my ipad now named wyzebeta after an update? Why are the rules not working?

Cannot view the Recorded Events
I’ve been using Wyze for a year now but yesterday, starting at 2pm upto now, there were no events recorded for us to view. I have checked the app and there were no scheduled updates since yesterday. Please help or do we need to buy a new Wyze camera. Thank you
