Not entirely happy, from time to time I receive a heap of “person detected” and other false notifications… i currently have the “paid ahead fir year” option and your system lost/removed some if my cams from that license, im unable to add that camera back…
The latest update has broken a lot of functionality around cameras. Camera groups now have a bright white background in landscape mode, which makes it inconvenient to have as a permanent camera feed over night. But, more than that, the device display no longer remains on when on viewing a group. Also, viewing individual streams barely works now. I have one device that hasn’t update yet and everything is still working 100% there.
To pay for added features on an app where you already bought the product is deceptive…
We’ve used and loved this app but suddenly it won’t even open? Have deleted and reinstalled but nothing, please help
I’m really getting tired of the App always shoving the extra services into my face like it’s some kind of ad riddled piece of freeware. Oh and if you give me a month’s free subscription please don’t ask for my credit card details. That’s just sad.
Paid recordings are hit and miss as uploads often fail, even though we have a 1gb uncapped line.
I have 3 wyze cameras on my property and eagerly awaiting the latest to become available. It is by far the most affordable option with so many benefits. I gave a 4 star because notifications often come through almost 2 mins later than the event.
Don’t waste your money with this garbage, I’m partially disabled and my wife got these surveillance cameras (3 and a door bell camera) to help me so I didn’t have to check the mailbox or doorbell for nothing, but with these cameras almost every time I have to check out something with them they are offline and rebooting and a lot of times I have to power them off and then restart them so they are actually No Help at all. I also wasted money on the memory cards that only worked for a little while and now the cameras don’t recognize them ! Garbage!
Please roll this update back. The new e version is horrible. Add this to the fact that I haven’t been able to view playback on two of my five cameras. I’m ready to switch to Ring or Blink. Long Time user ready to bail.
I purchased Wyze security camera’s specifically for when I was away from home. Seven cameras total. It is a rare occasion that I am ever able to view my cameras while away, with only a notification that the internet connection is not sufficient. Even while connected to a 5g network with all my cameras set at 360p. Searching the issue on the internet I discovered that this is a common issue with multiple Wyze customers. If Wyze doesn’t get their act together they stand to loose a large customer base.
