works so bad
the app would be nice and easy to use, if it worked!! during my first week of interrail it stopped showing activated tickets every time I closed it, so I had to keep the app open for the whole train trips with the anxiety that my tickets could vanish every moment; then that problem was solved, I’m not sure if thanks to the costumer service or by itself, and now on my second week my pass disappeared and the only way to make it reappear was to add it again, which means it created a new trip and I now have to add all my trains again to that trip because the one I was using is now not connected to a pass anymore and I had literally every train I’ll have to take already saved there so I’ll have to do all that work another time; who knows what will happen next week? for the money that we’re paying and considering that there’s no way to have your tickets available if the app is not working this is really really really bad and it’s influencing the quality of my trip a lot

The app has many problems:
1) it’s not intuitive to use;
2) it has many bugs, for example it cancels the trains you add to your trip and it doesn’t show the ticket;
3) you can’t reserve the seats on the app but you need to go on the eurail site that is really slow and also bugs frequently;
4) I’ve tried to contact them to ask for help and they’ve answered only after 4 days saying they have many requests and that they’ll help me as soon as possible, while I’m on my interrail with the pass not working
Pessima
Sono quasi arrivato al punto di chiedere il rimborso a causa dell’app. Orari, tratte e prezzi dei treni non combaciano con quelli dati dal sito di Interrail su safari, molto più frequenti e con prezzi ragionevoli per riservare il posto a sedere (Barcellona-Valencia 65€ extra mi sembra un tantino esagerato, per fortuna prenotandolo da safari l’importo era di soli 6€).

Bin kurz davor meinen Urlaubsziel nicht zu erreichen und die 300€+300€ für unsere Interrail tickets umsonst gezahlt zu haben… versuchen die letzten Tage immer wieder unsere Sitzplatzreservierungen zu machen.. ohne Erfolg… die Seite funktioniert nicht, keine Telefonnummer an die man sich wenden kann, der Support antwortet nicht…
Interrail not recommended
1) app is difficult to use, forget using long distance trains as you will often have to pay extra, same for high speed trains
2) website is bad. On desktop it does not recognize sign in. On the app, reservations redirect you to the website.
3) whats the point of spending 180 euros when it is so complicated to just book the trains? If you want to save time and money, just book separately and you will not miss out. Improve this service, or losing customers will become the norm.
Horrible App
The Tickets always take forever to load. Whenever you need to show your Ticket the App just stopps working and asks you to add your pass again... so annoying
Needs improvement
The app does what it is supposed to, but not so easily. It’s full of glitches. My passes keep on disappearing and my journeys got erased three times in just one week, which is very annoying. It’s very slow and difficult to use, as it took me quite long time to figure out how to add journeys to my pass. It is also quite silly that you can’t reserve seats for trains on the app.
Nice
The app is easy to use, the trip planner is very cool, but it doesn’t show the tickets’ prices so it’s necessary to use another app to see how much your amazing trip could cost. Please, implement this app and it will be PERFECT❤️
