Very rude staff
I connected within a minute or so,so the waiting time wasn’t too bad however the agent I got was shockingly rude. She kept saying she needed a number that’s on the application but it wasn’t quite clear what she meant by that so I asked her to clarify. She became angry and she was even shouting at me at some point: “I just need the number I don’t understand why is it so difficult?!?!?! Instead of explaining what she wanted she just started huffing & puffing and had a terrible,demeaning & rude attitude towards me. Then the call froze for a moment apoarently,even though I could see & hear her she said she couldn’t and instead of waiting a second she hung up with no previous warning while she was making sure her frustration was clear. Absolutely shocking experience! I’m not sure why are people like her working in customer service after all?
