I couldn’t login in
Setup digital is is broken in new version. After passport photo and face recognition app is hung on the step with “check your details “
URGENT FIX IS REQUIRED I had to spend almost an hour on a phone with support just to realize that the login form in the app is case sensitive!!! The email address has to be in UPPER CASE in my case. Otherwise I get the message saying that the My account is not linked to this SIM.

I want to pay my bill but then the app is currently on update something god please I don’t usually have time to open the app and pay the bill and I know that if I didn’t pay at that time then I will forget about it. PLEASE UPDATE ON THE MIDNIGHT OR WHATSOEVER.
When registering email, can’t set password as the keyboard wouldn’t appear, pls fix
It took forever to open the apps.
What is wrong with the app? It doesn't work always!
This is not the first time the app is showing a remaining quota well below the actual usage figure, the discrepancies keep getting bigger and I just received a message I used 8.52GB of data but the app is only showing 5.88, that's over 2.5GB of difference! This is very serious as I'm on a 10GB monthly quota plan and anything over that I'll be automatically charged $10 for another 1GB and so on, I'll have the impression of I have plenty of data left but there isn't. and often my bill is 20-30 dollars above my plan price, also it tends to be 1 or 2 days slower to refresh the monthly cycle, Optus is totally gimmicky and tricks their consumers into paying more than the plan is actually showing. Very disappointed.
It happened few times before. When I use my data until more than 7.5GB, only the Optus message will msg me for alert but this apps still not updated. Pls fixed it
