I couldn’t login in

Setup digital is is broken in new version. After passport photo and face recognition app is hung on the step with “check your details “

URGENT FIX IS REQUIRED I had to spend almost an hour on a phone with support just to realize that the login form in the app is case sensitive!!! The email address has to be in UPPER CASE in my case. Otherwise I get the message saying that the My account is not linked to this SIM.

Does what you need

Would’ve thought a company of this size would invest some more money into their mobile app - especially when a lot of the features are app only. Constantly crashing, constantly having to login, allow Face ID, verify mobile number. Current version doesn’t even allow purchasing an add on without crashing every time I press pay. Literally throwing money away. Do better.

Setting up eSim via the app is far from a pain.

After dealing with multiple people over 2 days on the chat and trying to get my phone to workout finally worked, I then went to top it up and it charged me 3 times, I then asked if I could be refunded for them to send me a number to call which directs me to use the chat, I have been sent round and round for day just trying to get this sorted, absolutely terrible customer service.

Terribly slow internet.

Constantly increasing my bill price for some what reason I don’t know, very upsetting!!

Every link that I click on their website sends me to this app which is very annoying, forcing you to download the app (even for trivial things like password resets). They the app doesn’t even do anything when you open it. The deep linking is broken. Going with Telstra instead because of this crappy experience.
