I couldn’t login in

Setup digital is is broken in new version. After passport photo and face recognition app is hung on the step with “check your details “

URGENT FIX IS REQUIRED I had to spend almost an hour on a phone with support just to realize that the login form in the app is case sensitive!!! The email address has to be in UPPER CASE in my case. Otherwise I get the message saying that the My account is not linked to this SIM.

It’s like the cancel button is a dummy so I have been charged 3 times though I tried to cancel multiple times! Will Not renew for sure - as soon I can cancel this subscription

The app stops responding every time when I try to setup my digital identity with an intl passport. Sometimes I can make it till face scan, sometimes not, never finishes the process. Rubbish.

Unable to check my data usage, stuck at the verification code page.

Installed it over a week ago. I thought I still had lots of credit but realized that it hadn't updated the stats since installation. Tried refreshing but error. Tried reloading through app but error also. Useless app

Data usage estimates are not like pre paid where it's updated constantly and its in realtime. By the time postpaid readings are updated we probably overshot your data limit.
