After death of Google Podcasts, I was looking for a simple and to the point Podcast Player. I actually downloaded the previous version of Overcast and almost immediately uninstalled it because it felt too outdated in terms of UX and feel. BUT This new UI/UX finally feels like an app I want to keep using. As a PM and and ATP listener I also appreciate the fact that this new codebase will make it much easier for the App to live a much longer life now. Kudos all around.
I immediately noticed a strong user friendly experience with the usage of app. Better features than most apps.

I'm really enjoying the app. A much needed improvement over Apple's Podcasts app. That said, I do wish that podcast discovery was a little better. I'd like more choices in all the categories.
My go-to podcast app. After recent rewrite, there were a few bugs but I fell in love all over again!
I’ve noticed lately that when I pause an episode and then come back to it later. It will often start the next podcast in my feed. Rather than finish an episode that is half over, it jumps to the next one. Sometimes this happens when hitting play on the Home Screen app widget and sometimes when switching Bluetooth devices such as from my AirPods to my truck.
