2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. So I was getting a discount and it was supposed to be $60 now it’s $80

Don’t purchase

These cameras are not worth a penny or moment of your time. Stay clear.

Ripoff

Bought the camera largely because they said no subscription required to monitor and save video. It was the case for a few months. Then it changed to where I had to pay. $31 per year didn’t seem like a huge issue so I did it. Now I cannot use the camera at all. It will not connect to wifi. 8 months left on the subscription. No reply from tech support. I am left with a paper weight.

Wi-Fi too weak

The Wi-Fi connection is never strong enough and too weak to make good usage of the door answering capability. Every time I try to check the camera after somebody rings it only spins and spins and spins until the person leaves or that I answer physically. And I know you’re gonna say that my router is too far from the door but who has the router right next to her door? Plus it connects to a relay pod that ensures a strong signal for every other device. I do not like the app the camera itself works fine.

Unable to access videos

I have been unable to see the videos for almost 2-3 months and been unable to access the camera online.

Probleme

Il ne sauvegarde pas la detection d’humain depuis la mise a jour, meme si j’entegistre la détection au maximum il ne la garde pas en memoire. Les cases se décoche tout seul

Broken speaker

Speakers stopped working, few months old. Pure static. No customers service. Garbage, stay away!

Doorbell was taken off and it recorded nothing…..

This is my third review/update for those interested in this camera. I can’t update my other reviews. So aside from now charging to view, going offline all the time and not picking everything up I encounter my biggest issue. Today I was haven’t new siding put on and the builders removed the doorbell and guess what …. Yup nothing was picked up!!! Someone is literally taking it off the house and I get no notifications… so people can steal it if they want and you won’t even get a notification about it. Nothing was recorded either.

The absolute WORST app and camera

So far this morning in less than 2 hours I’ve had 40+ alerts for “motion” at my door when the alerts are set for the highest human accuracy. When I check the “alerts” there’s absolutely nothing there. Nothing is triggering the camera, not even a damn bird or fly going by the camera so I’m not sure why this keeps happening. This is the 3rd day in a row now so I have to keep turning the notifications off since I’m being alerted to literally nothing. A 1 star rating is even generous….

So good

Thanks for this app. It does what it says it does. Keeping track of my door view and storing them in the cloud with a little pay. Thanks.
