Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

The worst
Only records 4 seconds even after resetting, keeps logging you out of the app so even if someone is at the door, you will not know because you’re logged out! Also, paid for iCloud storage and it won’t store anything. Contacted customer support and they didn’t care that I paid $40 for nothing! Absolute rubbish.

It’s impossible to review events without suscription to there cloud 6 months for 39$ 1 year for 39$ In think there should give users a larger choice of suscriptions and a local storage or sd storage

No customer service. Both video doorbells failed !! Junk!
Constantly resets preferences
I am constantly having to go into settings to reset my recording preferences as out of nowhere randomly they all turn off and I only notice when I don’t get any notifications of motion etc when I know there was motions that day. I’m constantly having to delete and re add my camera as it goes “offline” for no reason and can not be fixed without deleting it and setting it up as a new camera again. Camera is great, app is TERRIBLE!!!
