Issues with New Releases
After new release(seeing Ad), app is not connecting to camera for long time. Also Door bell notification doesn’t come to mobile. I can’t return my cameras and Doorbells unfortunately i passed the BURM period

Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

After less than a year it won’t connect but the doorbell still works but no connection to the cam no matter what I do
Bad app
Hardware works image fine. App sucks signs you out with out you knowing and now advertising appears before you can get access to your camera over and above your monthly subscription. Will be switching soon.
Junk
Junk service. Bought 3 cameras. Paid for 1 year sub and thought would cover other 2 devices. Wrong. Its oer device

Response is delayed too much. Uselessness
The worst
Only records 4 seconds even after resetting, keeps logging you out of the app so even if someone is at the door, you will not know because you’re logged out! Also, paid for iCloud storage and it won’t store anything. Contacted customer support and they didn’t care that I paid $40 for nothing! Absolute rubbish.
