Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Does not work after latest update

After latest update once you open and go to videos, it crashes. It was ok before it. This is for iPhone 11

Wifi not connecting

Can hardly ever view past video clips as won’t connect to network. Annoying

Do not buy

Couldn’t be a worse doorbell. The app is just as bad as the doorbell itself. There’s no point in buying it. Can’t review videos. App signs you out. Currently the app won’t even let me log in. Says my password is incorrect when it is not. I changed it anyway, and it still said my password is incorrect. Can’t even log in now.

Need a subscription! Do not buy camera!

If you purchased a device that requires this app then you should return it immediately as you need a purchase a subscription to see the stored video

I’m trying to download the app and it’s saying unable to download the wiait please try again later

Not really impressed

Goes offline regularly and i have to re-enter my password every time

Motion detection

After sometime motion detection stops working. It won’t allow you to setup it says only the has permission despite you being the only owner. The chat section promising to respond never do that despite having paid the annual subscription there is no customer service.

Why advertise if you’re giving a discount if you don’t give one?

So I was getting a discount and it was supposed to be $60 now it’s $80

Don’t purchase

These cameras are not worth a penny or moment of your time. Stay clear.

Ripoff

Bought the camera largely because they said no subscription required to monitor and save video. It was the case for a few months. Then it changed to where I had to pay. $31 per year didn’t seem like a huge issue so I did it. Now I cannot use the camera at all. It will not connect to wifi. 8 months left on the subscription. No reply from tech support. I am left with a paper weight.
