2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

NO MORE FREE 7-DAY CLOUD STORAGE

Disappointing! They no longer give us a free 7-day cloud storage which was supposedly readily available when I got my doorbell two years ago. I can no longer open any recorded videos unless you purchase atleast 30 days cloud storage! The cloud storage that you have to purchase is also per device you have. So imagine if you have a lot. Not budget friendly. Please put back the free 7 day cloud storage.

I love this app.

Don’t buy, it’s a waste of money.

First they provided a 7 day free storage out of the box and all of a sudden, the free storage is gone and you are forced to subscribe to a cloud storage plan. Device is pretty much useless now as you can’t even see or play the video recorded within the day. Buy something else, you’ll be wasting your money on this doorbell brand. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Needs cloud subscription. Very Limited functionality without subscription.

Bought Eken device with a promise of a “permanent free 7-day history cloud storage” out of the box. It did at first, then it went down to 3-day history until it finally disables cloud storage unless you subscribe. You won’t be able to review recent recordings even within those recorded within the day. You can’t even open and view the thumbnail image. On top of that, the PIR motion sensor is now failing. Not all activities detected by PIR are pushed to the app. Functionality is pretty much restricted now a few months after purchasing the device. Eken should have been upfront and honest about the cloud subscription. Meanwhile, the doorbell unit is durable and the Aiwit ui is straightforward and easy to navigate. But it is pretty much very limited now without cloud subscription. Can’t even rely on the motion alerts now since not all are pushed to the app/cloud anymore.

Free Cloud Storage Scam

This was great until all of a sudden, without any notice/warning, the app now charges an annual or bi-annual fee for the 3-day cloud storage, a service previously provided for free. I feel duped by these people from Aiwit.

I want to cancel my subscription but there’s no canclel button! And i cannot send message to you CS dept!

Waste of money

At first they will let you use cloud storage for free. But after some time they will force you to purchase cloud storage. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

False advertising

Advertises as free recordings for 7 days. Now it forces you to subscribe to play recorded videos via the video doorbell. Doorbell is now useless. What a waste of money. Don’t buy!
