2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Notifications Spamming

Its been few days the notification spamming on my phone. There’s no Motion Detected. They just keep on sent me notifications every seconds.. imagine every seconds and shorten my battery life! Chat with the customer service but didn’t solve anything they ask me to set the sensitivity to medium, but guess what i have set to very minum even at the word slow line, i still received unnecessary Notification. Guess it time to change.

DO NOT BUY!!

Got to pay for subscription though they initially promised free cloud storage. DO NOT BUY!!

Not recommended to get this doorbell as it require payment subscription in order to view recorded footages. False advertising promising for limited cloud storage at the beginning.

Optimise user bugs, have been few weeks, still unable to rectify

Bad experience when kept report for optimised user bugs, till now still haven’t reactified. Once we talk, unable to hear from the party outside door.

Scam cloud storage retracted

I bought it because it offered free loop 3 day cloud storage but now they retracted that and no more viewing of the videos unless you pay them subscription fee???!!!

Dishonest

As per other reviews, dishonest company. Am switching door cams.

Transfer of subscription to new device due to faulty existing device

I have paid an annual subscription for an existing device which unfortunately broke down in less than 2-months. I requested for transfer of subscription to the new replaced device. Unfortunately the company’s customer service has not replied to me since 09 March 2023. Hope they can rectify urgently . All device serial numbers have been submitted.

Eken doorbell

Purchase the doorbell stated 7days free storage because there’s no memory card and later become 3 days. Now worse, not even one day. Dishonest seller asking for payment in order to watch replay..... message the admin said nothing they can do !!! Must feedback to all the platforms selling this Brand- EKEN !!!
