Automatic Subscription Instructions:

2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

This is the second time I have been locked out of my account the first time I paid again not doing that this time terrible customer service.

I have similar cameras which do not need a subscription. I’d be slow to invest going by other reviewer’s experience of no access dispute paying. At present I can watch live, but that’s it.
Never again
Bought the bell , which working perfect, however i also bought a subscription for the year, subscription never started, everytime when i try to see whats happened (door bell, who was at the the door) the app constantly prompt about subscription, looks like i never paid, contact with app developer - IMPOSSIBLE , they never respond , NEVER, so i paid money , i dont have a subscription , money lost , never again deal with this company.
Criminals
I bought the annual subscription for €28.99 in November 2022 to get cloud space to see videos or callers to the door again. The service was never enabled. Customer service email was never answered. Customer service chat via the app never responded. Don‘t buy this product. Do not buy this service. Stay away from this company.
Scam
It promises free cloud storage we had for about 8 months and now they make you pay like €28
