Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Salve, e possibile che riesco a muovere la camera solo se lo smartphone è connesso allo stesso Wifi della camera? Se sono in 5g riesco solo ad accendere la luce ma non a muoverla

Non mi permette di eliminare l’account
Volendo fare il reso del prodotto ho pensato di eliminare anche l’account, non avendone nessun altro utilizzo, ma inserendo la password durante la cancellazione esce scritto “password non corretta”. È poco plausibile che non lo sia, visto che riesco a farci login senza problemi. Ironicamente, se inserisco una password volutamente sbagliata, mi esce la scritta “errore”. Fa pensare che sia stato volontariamente scelto di far comparire la scritta della password incorretta in modo dal far desistere qualcuno dal cancellarsi: lo trovo di pessimo gusto e assolutamente indegno di fiducia per una compagnia. Non volevo neanche lasciare un feedback negativo, ma incappare in una cosa del genere mi ha molto infastidito. Attendo un qualche tipo di update dal supporto, grazie :/
Truffatori a pagamento
Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo dove era previsto un abbonamento SOLO per le registrazioni di oltre una settimana, mi son trovata a non poter vedere i video registrati nella data odierna (che era gratis)!! Inoltre talmente lento a collegarsi che chi suona al campanello gira i tacchi e se è va. Non sempre registra la presenza davanti alla porta! Sconsigliata per quanto le immagini siano buone

do not buy some of their doorbel i have one that firstly its free to view videos that save into their clouds..and after a month you cant review ur videos anymore..you have to pay for a subscription…doorbell with aiwit is scaaamm… they said lifetime 15days save videos..the now no more!!!

Non solo è una app tra le più lente e macchinose vogliono anche 35€ ASSURDO
