Not sure because, it was working fine for the first two to three months I got it. It was summertime. Now I’m ts Winter it, keeps alerting the notifications on my phone, CONSTANTLY!!!! I need help with it!

Been offline for over a month and I have emailed with no reply, it was not the greatest from the start but now it’s just trash. Just update your system to something else and move on.

I purchased 4 of the outdoor wireless cams for extra security. I have to say I was a little skeptical at how they would perform because it was new on the market ( to me anyway) and I got an amazing deal. They have been running now for a month and I have only had to recharge the batteries one time. So that’s pretty good in my book. The battery life is definitely on point. There is a super easy install as well. Just down load the app, turn on and your all set! Most other cameras that I have used have always been a real pain in the lower end just to get the darn things to scan the code, but this, this is simple! Also there is no need to spend extra money on as cards that always end up failing, because these have internal memory. The app is also great! On your screen it shows the battery life, time and date, you have two way communication and the night vision is super clear. I LoVE the zoom feature! This product offers pretty much everything included that others make you pay extra for. I am very happy with my purchase and the product! This system has been an incredible asset for us - let us know what is happening at our entry when we are at removed locations in our house and while on vacation. Extremely useful to be able to talk to people at the door and give them instructions.

I notice even on the most sensitive setting it’s not picking of movement like it use to even with updates. I also notice the app keeps turning off my settings! .. human detection and all other settings . So much so I’m not subscribing again .

The camera for this app is actually good and is very affordable. My main issue is with the app. The motion detection button turns off and I don’t know why. Sometimes I think the camera has been recording detected movements throughout the day but when I check, there are no videos at all for days. I have to manually toggle the button and remind myself every day to go in the app and turn it on.

I’ve had this for over four months… And I haven’t been able to get into it for three of the four months. The camera itself works fine, but the app is horrible because it kicks you out. You can do forget password. But it won’t send you an email. I’m basically at the point where I am just gonna be selling this on Facebook marketplace because I can’t get additional support. Waste of money.

This camera is horrible… it only records when someone ring bell for 3 min only recording does not record motion or afar I accidentally brought the service plan for what I don’t know I can’t contact them either it’s horrible

These are good but they pick up everything. Even moving leaves. They also take themselves off motion detection for no reason. Battery lasts a good bit unless it is triggered too much (I.e. leaves). Good for the price.

The camera has to be charged weekly depending on the amount of motion events detected. Customer service stated that battery should last 1-2 months with everything set to high accuracy. It’s very annoying and inconvenient to have to remove and charge the camera every week. Otherwise, the camera works well.
