Easy to use very friendly site

Hello, I book continuously through the app yet I am still showing 0 points on my status. We stayed at Montebello this past September long weekend and I have still not received any points from that. Our most recent stay at the Royal York this past weekend has not shown up either. Please update Christine

This is the worst app. Nothing on it ever works I have deleted it and reloaded and still sucks

L’application va bien lorsqu’elle fonctionne, il y a souvent des problèmes avec la communication inter système entre ALL et Fairmont. Les tests d’acceptation sont incomplet donc il y a des anomalies de production importantes. Les informaticiens de cette compagne n’ont pas l’air de se préoccuper des clients usagers. The app is fine when it works, there are often issues with inter system communication between ALL and Fairmont. Acceptance testing is incomplete so there are significant production anomalies. The IT specialists of this campaign do not seem to care about user customers.

This app would be efficient and really great if it worked consistently. Almost every time I use it it gives me grief. It never saves my information so I have to put it in every time. It showed double bookings twice. It didn’t cancel a reservation as requested so I couldn’t get my refund. And on and on. I have been trying to use this app for years because I love Fairmont and I keep hoping that the quality of the hotel would eventually be reflected in an equally quality app. Still very disappointed. The recent updated app has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Since the update, the app no longer displays my reservations or order history, rendering it almost useless. Furthermore, the removal of the option to manually enter a reservation number is a significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the app fails to inform users about important changes, such as when my card number was updated with the upgraded status. I received no notification or email about this, leading to unnecessary confusion and concern. I find it baffling that all these features are still available on the website, but they were carelessly omitted from the app. As a loyal ALL customer, I expect a seamless and user-friendly experience across all platforms. The lack of basic functionalities and the app’s inability to keep users informed is unacceptable. I urge the development team to promptly address these issues and restore the app’s previous functionality. Until then, this app has become virtually useless to me. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
